Byzance 21" Traditional Polyphonic Ride — MADE IN TURKEY — Hand Hammered B20 Bronze, 2-YEAR WARRANTY

Starting with hand hammering and following with hand lathing in Turkey, the word “traditional” accurately describes their hand-forged shape and deeply rooted sound. The Traditional series contains our broadest voice for Byzance, with a wide variety of sizes and weights that blend into any musical setting. These cymbals are made in Turkey from cast B20 bronze and are hand hammered into shape by skilled Turkish cymbal smiths.

• HAND HAMMERED IN TURKEY: formed by artisans to refine thickness, shape, tone, and feel—each Byzance cymbal is truly one of a kind
• B20 BRONZE ALLOY: composed of 80% copper and 20% tin, this alloy produces a rich, complex sound with a wide dynamic range—perfect for nuanced playing
• POLYPHONIC RIDE: the Byzance Polyphonic Ride features a thin edge for easy crashes, a lathed body for sweet stick response and a large, raw bell for projection to create an extraordinarily versatile sound
• RAW BELL: a mark of any good ride cymbal is having a bell that's easily activated and punches through with clarity; the extra-large bell on the Polyphonic ride is unlathed and has extra hammering for power and complexity
• TRADITIONAL FINISH: fully lathed up to the bell for a smooth surface, enhancing tone and ensuring a controlled response
• SIZE AND TYPE: 21" ride
• MODERN MEETS TRADITION: hand hammered with old-world techniques, designed for today’s demands
