The formula contains Oil Grabber, an additive that penetrates surfaces to dissolve tough grease, oil, algae, and dirt stains. Ideal for concrete, brick, masonry, asphalt, driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, and basement floors, the formula offers coverage of up to 5,800 square feet and is safe for surrounding plants and shrubbery when used as directed. For best results, work in small sections, allow the product to penetrate for 3–5 minutes, and rinse thoroughly without allowing it to dry on the surface.
