Tapcon 1/4 x 2-3/4 Inch Blue Hex Head Concrete Anchors, 150 PCS

ITW Brands Tapcon Hex Head Concrete Anchor and other Tapcon blue hex head concrete anchors are a type of masonry screw designed to fasten directly into solid concrete, brick, or block without the need for separate anchors or inserts. They feature a specially formulated Blue Climaseal® corrosion-resistant coating and advanced threadform technology that cuts threads into the base material as you drive them in, resulting in roughly 30 % lower installation torque and improved holding power compared with traditional anchors. The hex washer head profile offers a secure bit engagement and a clean, flush finish, while the screw’s design allows installation close to edges without cracking the substrate—ideal for attaching electrical boxes, lumber, furring strips, window and door frames, HVAC strapping, and similar fixtures to masonry. Tapcon anchors are reversible/removable and widely used by professionals for light to medium-duty anchoring applications.
